  • Go to Freshdesk profile page, copy your Freshdesk account domain example: “https://{yourdomain}.freshdesk.com”.
  • Copy your Freshdesk account domain like “https://newaccount1637843080162.freshdesk.com” and your API key as mentioned in the Screenshot.
  • Enter the domain and API key under authentication and test connection.
